BB King's Blue's Club and Grill, Beale Street, Memphis, Tennessee Mid-July

-> Top Left, Banana Bread pudding. A specialty of BB King's Bar and grill, this was a nice end to a delightful dinner (with entertainment).

-> Top Right: Filet Mignon (8 oz.) dinner, with collard greens, mash, and a cornbread muffin. It really went well with the music.

-> Bottom Right: Full baked potato, with all the toppings.

-> Bottom Left: Country Fried Chicken, with french fries, Cole-slaw, and some butter, I believe.

Epulo Bistro, Edmonds, WA., 4th of July

Epulo Bistro, Edmonds, WA.

- > This is Wood Fired Flatbread ($4), with 3-pepper hummus ($4). Delicious and satisfying, this was a nice appetizer that was reasonably priced and offered a reasonable serving size.

-> In the bottom photo is the seasonal fruit plate and the absolutely divine tuscan white bean soup (4/cup, 6/bowl). I am Italian, and have grown up my entire life on Italian cooking, and this was as good as any soup I had in Tuscany (for the price).
